You tube scams

You tube giveaways are all spams believe me. There are 8 comments and 7 comments are from my other You tube accounts and that ONE comment that wasn't mine won. There was another incident that a person was giving away a HD PVR and he said who ever gets me the most subs wins it and i clearly got him  the most subs and then he says a persons name that hasn't even got him one sub. Everything is set up, and i mean everything. One time i actually won and the person said they are posting the item and they ask for my shipping address and guess what , its been a month and it hasn't came!
